The University of Akron: School of Music is an academic program at the University of Akron. Housed in Guzzetta Hall, the school offers degree programs based on a thorough study of music education, performance, theory and composition, jazz studies, accompanying, and music history and literature. Students and faculty present some 350 campus recitals each year.
